• As an established account-holder,  you can rest assured that our staff will be available at all times to offer assistance; boxes may usually be accessed with an appointment at any time during our office hours 10:00am - 4:30pm.

• Boxes are manufactured by the Chubb Safe & Lock Company and constructed from Solid Steel. 
• They are highly resistant to fire, flood, heat, explosions and other adverse factors. 
• Our Vault Area is comprehensively monitored by 24 hour CCTV, backed by the latest security systems, linked to a remote Monitoring Facility.

 

Accessing Your Safe Deposit Box

• Each Safe Deposit Box visit will be recorded. 
• When you visit, you will be asked for to provide your signature and Photo ID. 
• Unless prior arrangements have been made and documented, we do not permit any Third Party access. Any such arrangements would need to be made in accordance with the formal mandate and authorisation must be given by the main Lessee(s).
• You will be provided with a private room to access your safe deposit box.
